stayed here before everything ok clean room, comfy bed, large shower, will stay again, the TV didn't work as previous guests had changed the code even though there is a sign asking not too ,wasn't a problem for us and not the owners fault .

Wonderful. Right in the middle of Blackpool five mins walk to town centre, shops, bars, seafront, tower, pier, everything you want from Blackpool really. Up a quiet side street so not noisy in the night at all. Nice clean little room, bed, shower, toilet, all I need, perfect. Easy access with key codes, no worries about getting/losing keys. And the price is amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Blackpool.
