Posizionato vicino all'università, zona tranquilla. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente. Facile trovare parcheggio in strada. Flessibilità dei gestori per il check-in al di fuori della fascia oraria prevista. Il condominio dispone di ascensore.

La porta finestra della camera ha degli infissi molto vecchi, per cui non isola in alcun modo né termicamente né da un punto di vista sonoro. Ogni movimento che avveniva in strada si sentiva pari pari in stanza, nonostante la porta finestra chiusa. Camera poco spaziosa. La colazione inclusa consta di caffè in cialda, latte UHT e merendine confezionate, piuttosto deludente se si pensa di essere in Sicilia.

Comfortable bed, plenty storage, kitchen and bathroom well facilitated. Felt very safe and secure. Location perfect walking distance to public transport and fab bars and restaurants.

Great place with a great owner. There is everything you need. I was given an iron and even the opportunity to wash clothes. The price includes various sweets.

The location was good and close to the center. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Everyhing was clean. The host was also very kind and was very accommodating to our travel schedule.

GREAT TIME IN PALERMO Francesco, the host, is a very kind, helpful, and professional person. He waited for us and explained everything in detail. He recommended restaurants and bars in the area. Very close to everything, centrally located with the botanical garden just 5 minutes away on foot. Also great for getting around by bus. The B&B is absolutely recommended. The street is very quiet. Very great location, super close to the major train station

Room was hot in the August, but the owner told me they just had a renovation, so the room hasn’t installed AC yet. But the thing made me uncomfortable was, while I was booking the property from the app, I remembered there is an extra euro for the tourist tax. Yet when I arrived at Silvia House, Francesco deliberately charged me 2 euros, in cash. Those little schemes I’ve experienced in Sicily before, but what astonished me is that this is still bugging travellers from different places. Ugh.

Nice, fairly clean apartments. They cannot be called luxurious, nothing superfluous, however, they have a fresh, neat renovation and have almost everything you need. Spacious bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, there is coffee, drinks and various sweets. The house has an elevator. But the most important thing is the apartment owners. Very hospitable, asking if everything is okay and if you need anything, but at the same time tactful and unobtrusive :)

For me personally, this was not a big drawback, but for some it may be important. There is a room with a private bathroom, but it is located outside the room and this is not specified when booking. There is no air conditioning, instead there is a fan. Shampoo and shower gel are not provided.
