Location was lovely and it was very comfortable. Love the kitchen space being open and having a good seating area also. It was great that it was dog friendly and the hosts were incredibly efficient and welcoming and could not do enough for you.

It was a struggle for my mum getting up and down the stairs, she would have liked a hand rail to hold onto. It’s also a shame that there is no parking however the car park is very near and wasn’t too unreasonably priced. There could have been a food bin provided in the kitchen and there was only 1 tea towel however I’m sure more would have been provided had I asked. The property is probably in need of a deep clean, something fell down the side of the bed and it wasn’t in the best condition. The washing machine door didn’t shut properly, probably needs a look at. However, these are all small things and I don’t want to be negative about this property as we had such a lovely stay and would definitely come again.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Nick was a great host and was really responsive to any questions that we had and it was so easy to retrieve the keys from the key safe on arrival. We were staying to visit family but the house is in a perfect position in Ventnor close to the town centre shops and restaurants and easy to walk down to the beach if you are holidaying. There is no parking at the house as with most properties in the town but it is a really short walk to the car park around the corner and if you pay for a 'tourist permit' you can park in any of the council run car parks on the island which makes it easier and quicker when visiting other places. The house itself is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed; it was definitely a home away from home! We will be returning!

Simply but very nicely decorated, bigger than expected with a great kitchen/dining area. The property is also really well located for Ventnor. The hosts were polite, friendly and very responsive to our questions etc.

Perfect location in ventnor. Really central. No parking but a public car park 2 minutes walk away where you can get a tourist permit

Property had everything we needed for a family stay.

A TV that showed terrestrial channels would be useful. Not everyone has subscription for streaming. Owner did her best to help us connect to the TV which was good. Some partially eaten fruit was found in the lounge on arrival.
