The property was exactly as described and quite comfortable for a family of 6. Ideally located in Ventnor, close to amenities but on a quiet road. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the host was responsive and helpful.

Visited on a very hot week in the summer and the house did get quite hot so a couple of fans would have been really useful but otherwise well equipped.

Charming and comfortable cottage in the town, close to the shops, cafes and bars, and the sea. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery, and basics like tea, coffee and sugar. Thoughtful touches like the welcome goodie basket, and the dog bowl and treats.

It would have been useful to know that the house is arranged over 3 floors. The hair dryer didn't work and needs to be replaced. The lock to the French doors in the living room doesn't work and needs fixing.
