Spacious and well equipped house, short walk into Ventnor town centre. No allocated parking but right next to a spacious car park where tourist permits can be used.

Parking up road a bit tricky with paying for parking, dropping off luggage in narrow street.

Parking was a bit of a pain

There was no free parking and the property was on a slope, on a one way street. Tricky to offload and load the car if there are cars behind you and there is not enough room on this small street to allow them to pass. Downstairs bathroom had a shower door that did not close properly

Beautiful clean accommodation in lovely location.

Didn't think it was clear from information provided on booking.com that the accommodation was over 3 floors-we really liked this but maybe difficult for the less mobile or people with babies. Also it wasn't clear whether parking was available.

the location was very good with easy access to local shops, restaurants and beach. albeit no drive or street car park, a paid public car par is big enough and very close, literally only 2 minutes away. As a family with 3 children, two shower/bath rooms with toilet and another wc were very helpful. bedrooms were all met our expectations. All kitchen utencils were clean and all we needed on the first day was ready. The whole house seemed refurbished recently and very well kept.

kitchen appliances were little less than our expectations, e.g. the fridge had a freezer compartment that did not close properly and as a result of the freezing air leacking the fruits and vegetables kept in the fridge got frozen on the following day, oven and oven trays look old and rusted, and dishwasher/washing machine could be cleaned more properly.
