Kitchen very well stocked. Great location to walk into Southwold....Very quiet location.

Bedroom curtains need a blackout lining or slat blinds..As far too bright very early in morning...Garden needs a bit of a tidy up and furniture looking a bit tired...Also paying a premium price at this time of year...Then being told if you want to check in earlier asked to pay.....Bit money grabbing.

"Great cottage, great location, will definitely use again"

Very cosy and clean, great layout and equipped kitchen. Location was very convenient for getting to southwold. Loved the little extra touch of Christmas decorations. Felt very festive.

We found that the double bed was a bit too low for us .
