Had to get into key safe and front door

The mattress on the double bed appeared to be old and the topper. Not comfortable

Good location and easy to access. Well equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi. Nice towels. Communication was good and directions to access were good. Good storage. Lots of space and plenty of hot water.

Beds were very low and the mattresses well worn. The settee was very badly stained and really not comfortable. Most of the windows had loose locks and the upstairs loo window didn’t work. The paintwork was just dirty - the whole property could do with a deep clean.

Spacious and clean, ideal location in walking distance of Southwold.

Accommodation had great potential. Location great. Lovely quiet area. No passing traffic.

Accommodation not clean. Crumbs and sweet wrapper on floor. Had to sweep ground floor before we unpacked. After walking around bare foot on the wooden floor the soles of my feet were black with grime. Yuk. Generally the place looked tired and needed a coat of paint. Communication with owner was poor. I had a simple question, had to send the message 3 times before I got the reply "we'll get back to you" - - - they didn't.

Well equipped, good location, comfortable. Lovely garden. All we needed in the kitchen and a nice supply of games and books.

The lovely big bath was hard to get in and out of! Really high side.
