Very nicely decorated and clean, modern kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds. Convenient location for short walk into Southwold. Very good local shop round the corner. No parking g in front of cottage but always spaces in next road.

No hairdryer and was only replaced on our evening before departure. Back bedroom door handle not fixed and comes off completely inside room. Front door very difficult to unlock from inside.
