Location with excellent view of the sea. Also very comfy and good facilities

The only disadvantage was lack of private parking and having to park in the public car park which was busy during the evening however seemed safe enough

Excellent stay at The Cairns. The property is tastefully decorated, clean & secure with great facilities. Check in is easy with access instructions given on day of arrival. Michelle and her team could not be more accommodating & friendly. The location is directly across from beautiful Leven Beach & Fife Coastal Path. Numerous supermarkets & eating places all around. Ideal location with a Leisure Centre & the train & bus stations for exploring the country within a few mins walk. Highly recommended! Thanks Michelle & team!

The characterful property is extremely clean, very warm and cosy, and very well equipped. We had a sea-facing room, which was lovely and bright, incredible views of the sunrise every day, and heavy blackout curtains to let us decide when the day began and ended! The room provides a really comfortable bed, great shower, and tea coffee making facilities. We also loved having access to the breakfast room with toaster, microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery etc. Communication was fantastic, very clear and helpful, and Michelle and Lisa ensured we had absolutely everything we could need during our stay. The location was very handy, right next to the bus and train station, and with the free parking opposite it was perfect for us to explore the area.

There was absolutely NOTHING we didn't love about our stay!

Lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, good shower, dining room to eat in. Nice chippy round the corner.

Filter water jug in the dining room which I had to fill from the upstairs bath, very tricky! There was a bowl in the dining room for dirty dishes which were never cleaned while we were there.

3rd time I have stayed here and each time gets better. It's the unexpected added extras that make it. It's clean, comfortable and right on the promenade with good access to public transport and shops.

Having stayed before and managed to get availability of a sea view room I would have preferred that again but as I left it last minute I was lucky to get any room!

Close to sea and family

Room very clean, comfortable beds, working WiFi, Netflix, location, quiet place.

For longer stay there should be open kitchen to prepere dinner.

Great location and all the shops we needed on the doorstep, great Seaview from our room, Lisa couldn't do enough for us and the pool table was an added bonus, we both loved it and will definitely be back.
