The Cairns Leven

We had a perfect stay at The Cairns! The room was lovely and spacious, with a brilliant sea view and one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. The room had all the amenities that we needed for our stay, and was spotlessly clean. Communication with the property was quick, easy and helpful :). Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Leven, and is only a short 5 minute walk to the bus and train stations.

Fantastic location, beautifully clean. Room was very comfortable, bright and had everything you needed. Best nights sleep for a long time! Staff extremely helpful and responsive. A home from home. Would definitely recommend and absolutely would book again and again!

Very convenient location right near the train and bus stations. The staff were very attentive via messaging to make sure I had what I needed. The common ‘breakfast’ room is also very pleasant, with a sea view and a fridge for storing food (and some good books to peruse!).

Not the most amazing bed for those who are picky (and the walls also seemed a bit thin if that’s important).

I’ve been traveling with booking.com for years, and this is by far the best place I ever stayed in. The room was comfortable with all the facilities provided. Location convenient for public transportation and quiet enough. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Since I’ve stayed for longer period they made sure I get access to additional facilities such as drawing room, kitchen and washing machine. Perfect both for shorter and longer stays.

beach side location and a few minutes walk from the old town businesses and a bi grocery store. Hostess and staff are amazingly helpful and responsive.

A kitchen, but we did have a breakfast room with fridge and microwave, utensils and dishes.

Great location on seafront and close to bus and train station. Wet/Shower room is excellent

Room is a little small. A road light illuminated the 2nd bed in conservatory. Needs a chair in main room.
