The Cairns Leven

We were a family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children).The property is spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything you need. Every bedroom having a shower is a bonus. Living and dining areas are spacious (children made use of the pool table). The location for shops and safe sandy beach is excellent. Communication with Michelle was excellent from the start and nothing was any trouble.

There was nothing we didn't like and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting / touring the area

Large room. Nice to have the kitchen area with microwave and toaster etc… made things easier. Large public car park so parking no issue. View of the sea from our window.

Firstly, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay, our room was lovely, everything you need inc hairdryer, toiletries, comfy bed, complimentary Netflix access. The breakfast room is great, the use of fridge and facilities, plus a sea view with your morning brew. I like that fact the Cairns DOESN'T offer breakfast as you can take your own and eat at your leisure. Info in room about local venues was very thorough and informative. Food van across the road does a morning roll, etc, so not far to go if you want something hot. We will visit again for sure, a great comfy 'home from home' base and a very reasonable price. We visited some many lovely local places, Leven is perfectly placed for a days out to explore 'The Fringe of Gold' coasts.

Having to come home.

It was lovely and clean and we loved where ‘The Cairns ‘ is situated on the promenade with wonderful sea views. Our stay was like home from home with everything needed on offer. Michelle was very friendly and helpful also the rest of the team.
