The Cairns Leven

This place was exceptional in everything the staff was friendly,welcoming. They had snacks, breakfast area, relaxing, and gaming area. One of the most important to me was that there was staff that if we had any questions or need of something we could ask for assistance. Loved it. I recommend it. True to their description.

Sweet guest house with views of the ocean and very comfortable. Proprietor was very accommodating and helpful with travel plans. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing not to like. Maybe some packs of cards and games suitable for adults, not just kids, but can't say I didn't like anything

My mom and I stayed there for a couple of nights, and our stay was exceptional. We got to meet the owner, who is super nice, always making sure we have everything we need (cleaning of our room, toiletries, towels). Our room was nice, we were able to self check in as we were coming a little later in the evening. The location was perfect, as there was free parking right across the street, grocery store, gas station, Starbucks (for me it's a must haha) very close by. I highly recommend this place, our stay here was amazing. If we ever (hopefully soon) travel back to Scotland, we'll definitely stay there again!

Clean, good sized rooms with all that you need. The digital door locks made it easy to come and go without bothering others.
