- super friendly staff. Went out of their way to give us an enjoyable stay - location. Right on the sea front and next to parking - breakfast room was nice. Well equipped and nice views - Good sized room (we were in the twin) and comfortable beds Highly recommended.

"absolutely perfect stay"

The check in arrangements were easy to follow. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved the mugs ... Having the breakfast room with the dishes, fridge microwave etc was a lovely bonus, it is a lovely place to sit and eat either a takeaway or breakfast.

To be honest I cannot think of anything to improve my stay.

This is a really lovely stay and all the extra touches are there. Great views, cozy, very clean and amazing shower. Would be perfect for those wanting to explore Fife or walking the coastal path

The Cairns is in a great location, (particularly for art lovers) facing Leven Beach which Jack Vettriano used for some of his sea side works and just along from the spot 'Long Time Gone' was painted (the power station is no longer there but the railings remain). It is also in the town centre, minutes from the bus and railway stations and the East Fife FC football ground. Rooms were comfortable and having access to the kitchen area at all times proved a benefit for my take away fish and chips.

This is a completely automated hotel, (code entry to premises and rooms). There are no staff and that takes a little bit of getting used to.
