Friendly staff. Pool was nice.

Needs basic maintained. The bathroom walls had paint chopping off, carpets on 10th floor had a permanent stain. And the shower door needed adjusting. Also parking lot was littered with trash.

"Clean room, clean hotel common areas and very nice accommodating staff."

This maybe and older hotel but overall it was clean. Some upgrades needed however the hotel and our room was clean. We asked for a microwave and it was sent to the room with no issues and very quickly.

The room safe didn’t work unfortunately and the down escalator and hot tub was out of order and apparently has been for some time. They offered to move our rooms to one with a working safe but we declined because we had already unpacked our stuff.
