Staff was friendly. Good amenities, although we didn't use them. We were up early & gone & back late. Overall, we were happy with the property & enjoyed our time there. We will return in the future.

Had to use stairwell as escalator form 2nd floor was broken. Stairwell was dirty & walls could use painting. Cobwebs behind bedroom door.

"Overpriced/disappointing"

Never informed there was breakfast, if it cost money or was complimentary. Room was clean. Located conveniently off the expressway.

Upon check in we weren’t given any information about the hotel. Where to find the pool or if breakfast cost money. Requested extra towels the 2nd day and no one came with towels. Weren’t informed beforehand about the $50 deposit on hold for 3 full business days before it was released. Heat was programmed on the thermostat so we had to get up and keep turning it to AC. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush without holding the handle down. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had to leave the door open so the room wasn’t dripping with humidity. Some outlets wouldn’t accept the plugs. Neighborhood was sketchy as hell. Didn’t feel safe after dark. Food in the area was terrible.

It was beautiful and had a beautiful view

Only one elevator was working and there were so many people leaving at the same time since us was state fair weekend. We waited 45 minutes for an elevator and ended up having to ride to the top floor (we were staying in the 10th floor) just to be able to get back down to the main floor to check out. The elevator then stopped at every floor even though there was no one there waiting for it. It was very frustrating especially for the price I paid for the room. Also it was supposed to be 2 queen beds and ended up having to share a king bed.
