Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very confortable!"

It was super clean. It was well maintained. And available for help anytime on the call. Guidance was best! We stayed for two nights, no issue occured. Value for money!

Everything was there that you needed. Shops and places to eat a short walk away.

Beware of Birmingham cleanair zones. You might not get to park outside the property. But I managed to park within 30 yards

Nothing everything was BAD!!!

NOTHING AT ALL EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY WAS BAD STILL WAITING FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK WE ARE SURE THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM FROM THERE

I didn't like anything

I didn't like the bathroom the shower doesn't work it has very low pressure. Also because it's shared so it was quite dirty. The other people staying at the property where quite noisy and would sleep very late which made it difficult to sleep. The bed was horrible its a metal one when you move it makes noise it also gave me a bad back. One of the neighbours 2 doors down somali fella was very rude to me when I parked my car there and I found scratches on it the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place ot will leave you stressed also the bedding hss a bad smell in it. One of the worst places I have stayed in
