Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Decent Place - Nice and easy - cheap and clean!"

Easy to check in and out. The 1st room is bigger so I got to stay in this when there was 2 people but TBH I would need this size room on my own the other room I stayed in last time room 4 was too small for me but I just managed. If I were to stay again I would need to stay in a bigger room.

Room 4 might be ok for some people who travel light but I had a large suitcase and 3 bags, There was hardly any room for my stuff and myself. And struggled to get ready. With my stuff in the room there was hardly any room to iron my stuff.

"Overall, it was good apart from the issues I mentioned above. Location is very good and have access to everything nearby"

The beds are not comfortable at the moment and they pull downwards when you sleep.

Limited sun light and the curtain and heating our room was not good. Need to fix these issues.

"Exceptional two nights in Birmingham."

Confortable and clean Quiet Accessible Affordable price Heating in the room 2 was not the best, just regulate. The cold superseded the heat.

The bed had some noice. I propose you people should put wood beds. Reason being if I chose to have some time with my wife to discover Birmingham, the bed might not be conformable for couple activities.
