Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

The traffic was fairly loud, but I realised it would be at the point of booking and it didn’t really bother me too much.

"Great value, clean, parked right outside for free"

I just needed a bed for 2 nights, i didn’t have an en-suite but there was bath/shower toilet facilities in the building. The price reflects this so it’s not a complaint. I just needed a good sleep in a clean place and didn’t really want the trip to Birmingham costing me too much. So it was perfect. Big room with a tv and kettle, coffee,tea milk, fresh towels, very clean room. I arrived very late 11pm and the host was still available to assist me via message which was very helpful. I would stay again.
