Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nothing

They took 100 pound without my concern and still not refund that money after one week. Bed was not clean. Bed sheet was dirty and not change for maybe atleast 2-3 month.

"Terrible"

very bad experience. i booked and paid £58 and i didn't see any deposit or anything. but on the day of check in i got a whatsapp message from the host asking for a deposit of £150 or else they wouldn't give me the check in key. i didn't have enough money in my bank so i couldn't check in. and lost the £58. i have been using booking app for 5 years and the only 2 times i rented a homestay and had a bad experience both times. will never use booking app again
