Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Bad"

The place looks clean but has a strong odour throughout the building. Cut my stay short from two nights to one due to the smell and creaky bed. Hardly slept due to the issues mentioned.

"I spent the worst nights of my life in this house"

They didn't return my deposit for not having a cup of coffee and this is a scam. I booked this place for days and they make excuses for not paying my deposit and they don't answer my phone.

There is nothing in this house that makes you feel comfortable. The bed and mattress are so bad that my wife and I did not sleep until morning because of back pain. This house is very cold and the heating systems are turned off. There are no sanitary ware in this house. They take the deposit money from the customer for various reasons
