"Cosy, well equipped and clean. A lot packed into a small space."

The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have fresh milk and cereal. The shower was excellent. Paul was happy for us to have dogs. Holbeton is a lovely village. The pub is very convenient.

I hadn’t appreciated that the rooms are all separate with their doors leading outside - perhaps I should have had a better look at the website.

"Very comfortable and such a idillic village."

Breakfast was good but did not like the sausage. Lovely comfy bed and very cosy. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Sausages! Also it’s quite noisy when the pub closes.

"a wonderfully relaxing stay"

I stayed overnight with a dear friend and my dog, and we all had a fabulous, most relaxing time! We are steadily walking the South West Coast Path and it was a particularly wet, cold and windy weekend, so our toasty room and the bathtub felt divine afterwards! Thank you Jacqui & Paul for an amazing stay and we'll come back with our swimsuits next time to enjoy your hot tub!!

Lovely clean room everything there that was needed for a nice stay . Lovely breakfast had a chose of times for it to be delivered . Was on time and hot .

"Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay."

Gorgeous little room, nothing fancy but had everything i need and it felt very cosy. Very well stocked with tea, biscuits, fresh milk, even had a lovely bath robe. The pub it backs onto was brilliant and welcome after a long day hiking too!

The customers from the pubs could see in to my room if the blinds weren't drawn but this couldn't be helped tbf.
