The location was good for us. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. The TV was good. Handy fridge. Great tea and coffee facilities.

The bins were collected very noisily at 5:50am on Wednesday morning. The ceiling light was full of cobwebs. The shower cubicle is very small. Felt a little damp.

"Beautiful little barn - perfect for our overnight stop."

Everything - the place was cosy and very well catered for (especially our dog!) , and perfectly located in the beautiful little village of Holbeton. There’s a lovely little pub next door which served nice food and some good ales. Great little breakfast provided in the morning - delivered to our door. Perfect for our one night stop.

Nothing really - I think that the very narrow roads leading into the village were quite challenging.

The effort was made to put our two rooms next to each other showing an understanding of families.

The showers didn't drain terribly well so had to keep turning them off to drain.
