Lovely and peaceful location. Spotless accommodation, lots of thought gone into the planning in order to make a comfortable stay. Snacks provided, milk for drinks (not those disposable cartons!) , dog bowl , blanket and even a dog towel :) Loads of information for local visits which we unfortunately could not use as we were only there for one night. :( Having just sold our holiday let our standards are extremely high and The Ivy Barn met all of them . I would be very proud to have run this accommodation. They even provided a decent size shower towel :)

The roads are narrow - but that is Devon :) We didn't have time to explore the full benefit :(

"Superb"

It was a treat to stay at Ivy Barn for a wedding we attended at East Soar. Just behind the Mildmay Colours pub which does a great cider and closes promptly at 11pm so no noise through the night. Pretty village with lots of birdsong and short drive to the wonderful Mothecombe beach with easy parking, walks and cafe.
