Bell Cottage by Ludlow Castle with onsite parking

Locstion was fantastic and having secure private allocated parking in the centre of town was a major factor for us. The cottage was very well equipped with good wifi. Extras like toilet rolls, kitchen foil, black pepper all welcome.

Nothing can be done about this but the stairs are a real problem. We brought a large suitcase as this was part of a longer trip and getting it upstairs was a nightmare.

The sofa’s were slightly uncomfortable and the parking was very tight if you drive an SUV and the opposite spaces were occupied

Great central location with convenient free parking. Town shops, restaurants etc easy accessible on the flat. Decorated to a high standard and well equipped

Narrow not particularly comfortable settees. Staircase are narrow over three floors so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Netflix not available in lounge but was on other TVs. Kitchen would benefit from a drainer. 10:00 checkout too early. Photos showing the road and access gates would have helped find the cottage first time as there is no sign from the street.

A beautiful, comfortable cottage for two set in lovely grounds and within walking distance to Ludlow town centre. The cottage is fully equipped, very clean and with the added bonus of free parking on site, it's a winner !!

Absolutely nothing !!

An extremely well set up cottage, modernised to a very high standard. Positioned opposite Ludlow Castle it is perfect for a break in the beautiful town.

Our only criticism was that the hot water temperature was set low resulting in warm rather uncomfortable showers and the need to add a kettle load of hot water to allow a 2 inch bath. We would recommend that the owners adjust the temperature upwards to make future guests stay perfect.

Location and parking

Better outside lighting required and more flags stones required where gravel laid as ladies in heels struggle and damaged shoes !

This cottage is well located for the local shops, restaurants and pubs. The accommodation had everything that was required for a perfect stay.

Amazing location with private parking. Superb value for money considering the location! Lovely heated floor in the kitchen was a lovely surprise! Very clean and comfortable! Slept really well in the bed! Heating was very easy to use and we kept nice and toasty! Very short walk into town!

Only issue was the shower head over the bath was slightly too low for my partner who is only almost 5"7.

My wife found the stairs a little difficult - they are quite steep and twisty in places. It is worth noting the accommodation is on 3 floors.
