GBThe hotel itself is in a good spot in mallow . The only thing I cam say good is the cleaning lady I'd lovely but ran of her feet seems she one women on her own cleaning the rooms.
· The place is an absolute hell hole. Filthy dirty upon entrance, room not dirty tho but very rough .as far as I could see it was one lady on her own cleaning and she was amazing Like a hostel definitely not in use as a hotel Way overpriced for what your actually getting. Nosie all night long Staff smoking outside main entrance and fag butt's all around main entrance The cleaning lady is really lovely the rest of the staff aggressive and rude especially the women manager This hotel has great potential should it be cleaned up and the right staff Amenities like in site restaurant and bar not available

GBLocation was great for what we needed
Beds were terrible and I kept rolling into the wall because the springs had collapsed and the interior was outdated. Bath towels had stains on them and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The reception smelled like smoke as soon as we stepped inside. Walls were paper thin so heard everyone and everything whilst in the room. Breakfast was terrible.

IEFirstly when we arrived we struggled to get in, because the boom gate was closed. We managed to get in after a while when someone was going out. When we got to the reception, there was no one. Had to wait for a while and the receptionist who couldn’t speak English well finally came and checked us in. The rooms are not bed but the looked very old. Around 8 pm we went to fetch the rest of our luggages from the car and we saw a men who was half naked, pants on and no top at all. He had a bandage on one of his arms. He looked very dodgy. He came straight to us and ask for an iPhone charger and I quickly said we don’t have it. We got scared and went inside. He followed us but he remained in the reception area and the receptionist was not there again. He looked around as if he was looking for something and he took a bunch of keys and went outside again. The next morning we went for breakfast and the breakfast was very light. There was 2 rolls and 2 slices of ham and bread. We asked the 2 ladies that were serving in the canteen if that was all there is and they said yes. I had to mention that there’s only 2 rolls and 2 slices of ham and there was 3 of us, only then she filled the plate again. When we finally checked out. We noticed a car in the parking area and the fuel door was damaged and the fuel cap was hanging out. You could see that someone tampered with the car. The police came, I guess they came for that. I didn’t feel safe at all. I’d never book this hotel again.
Service at reception and in your canteen.
