The location is just great. The owner is really kind and friendly.

If you visit in the summer time, it gets way too hot and really loud at night. I would rather recommend this location during autumn or spring.

Location was awesome. Easy access to get to with awesome sunrises right out your balcony. The boat mariner/sea views were great for people watching with a nice glass of wine!

Appartement très agréable et parfaitement situé. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Les indications fournies par Umberto pour y arriver ont été très utiles. Nous a avons beaucoup apprécié le mot avec les recommandations pour notre séjour. Un grand merci à Umberto pour les douceurs de bienvenue ainsi que pour les boissons fraîches dans le frigo. Tout ceci a grandement participé à un très beau séjour.

Le seul petit bémol pour nous a été le lit. Un peu trop dur à notre goût. Sinon tout était parfait.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at Una finestra sul mare. The apartment is well located for exploring the old town with a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic and marina. The room was pristine and had everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Our host, Umberto, was most welcoming and he provided excellent recommendations on nearby eateries.

Would definitely recommend a stay but take heed of Umberto’s points regarding the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom.
