Lage perfekt direkt neben Bahnhof La Spezia an einer Hauptstraße. Hübsche Ferienwohnung im 5. OG ohne Aufzug, mit neuwertiger Ausstattung und Balkon zur Straßenseite. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. 2 Fernseher mit italienischen Programmen. Zugang über Schlüsselkasten. Info kommt nach Bezahlung Kein persönlicher Kontakt.

Treppensteigen am Abend, keine info zum checkout Ablauf bekommen. Angeblich sollte 11 h jemand kommen wg Schlüssel und citytax kassieren. Kam aber nicht. Komplizierte super Sicherheits Wohnungstüre... Die man von innen absperren muss

L’appartamento è davvero bello e ben tenuto, pulito e ordinato. La posizione è ottima, esattamente di fronte alla stazione, ma nonostante questo non si sentono rumori di notte

5° piano senza ascensore, moka del caffè rotta e impalcatura di ristrutturazione del palazzo che non mi ha permesso di aprire finestre e utilizzare il balcone visto in foto… (questo non mi era stato segnalato)

We chose Sky-inn because of the proximity to the Spezia train station, the photos of the flat and because it had air conditioning... which in this August heat was more than necessary to be able to sleep. The place is just as you can see in the published photos. It has a sofa bed which is comfortable, the bed is also comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen are quite well equipped. It is a quiet location, at least while we were there.

As the whole building facade is under renovation, we could not enjoy the terrace. It is on the fourth floor with no lift and the stairs are uneven and a bit uncomfortable to climb if it is hot and you are carrying suitcases... especially the last part of the stairs is a bit difficult to climb. To get into the flat, the keys are in a safety deposit box with a code on the fourth floor, next to the door. So you have to go straight up to the top floor to get in. We were not greeted by anyone so it is best to have the owner's number saved in your mobile phone so that you can write/call him in case of any questions and/or help.

J ai aimer la proximité du logement par rapport a la gare.

Le bâtiment etait en travail de facade. Du coup la vue pas top a cause de l échafaudage et des ouvriers le matin. 5 etages a monter tres difficilement surtout les marches etaient tres haute. La salle de bain très étroite pas pratique du tout. La literie moyen.

Las instalaciones eran muy buenas y muy cómodas
