Het appartement was op de 5de verdieping zonder lift is niet ok om bagage naar boven te sleuren

L'emplacement en face de la gare mais c'est une mauvaise idée ! !

L'emplacement en face de la gare beaucoup trop bruyant et quartier sensible près de l'armée du salut ! Parking obligatoire car tout est encombré toute la journée et la nuit. Pas de cafetière électrique, pas d'aspirateur ni même de balais. Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et pas adaptés à la plaque à induction !! Le bâtiment est en travaux avec des échafaudages devant les fenêtres . Impossible d'entrouvrir les fenêtres tellement qu'il y a du bruit dans la rue . Il y a des remontés de mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Nous le savions mais il faut une bonne condition physique pour monter les cinq étages avec des bagages et du ravitaillement. De plus les marches sont déformées et inégales ! Pour terminer le prix de cet appartement n'est pas donné et je pense que l'on peut trouver beaucoup mieux à ce prix là ! ! A éviter

La ubicación a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes. Equipamiento del departamento completo con alguna reserva: baño muy angosto. La cocina a placa inducción no funcionaba bien. El horno 👍 se puede cocinar. EL ACCESO AL DEPARTAMENTO MUY DIFÍCIL: NO es para recomendar.

El acceso muy hostil: 5to PISO SIN ASCENSOR. 100 escalones [ 2 escaleras por piso con descanso: 100 escalones, pequeños y con alta pendiente]. Realmente agotador llegar al 5to piso. Cama de 2 plazas incómoda. El balcón inutilizable pues el edificio esta en reparación. ³

L appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la gare centrale. Il est vraiment bien équipé et très propre. Et le gérant s est rendu vraiment disponible.
