"Good location but stairs and building renovation"

Excellent location Air conditioner Front of train station you can leave 10 min before train departs Kitchen equipped but a Nespresso or similar coffee machine recommended. There is a mokka one

There is a building renovation so balcony cannot be used and noise after 8am No elevator. Be prepared for 100 degrees and last 10 are double size Shower heat is with boiler. After 2 people need to wait about a hour. That is fine but schedule shower times

"La Spezię warto zobaczyć, wystarczy jeden dzień. My ruszaliśmy stąd do Cinque Terre"

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu - tuż obok dworca kolejowego. Do sklepu Coop ok. 500m. Niedaleko bary i restauracje.

Apartament na 5 piętrze bez windy. Dla osób starszych, niepełnosprawnych, z dużymi bagażami nie polecam. W kuchni ale mało blatów roboczych dla przygotowujących samodzielnie posiłki i mało garnków.
