Very friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately I visited on a day when the restaurant was closed - plenty of other places to eat very nearby though.

Standard of bathroom facilities

The Silver Cup is an ideal place to stay if you are visiting Harpenden. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is very close to the town centre. Harpenden itself is very close to London but far enough away to get a more relaxing holiday.

Brilliant staff who made overnight stay great. The receptionist was very helpful and he later helped greatly when we were down for the evening meal.
