The room was very pleasant and comfortable, with several amenities available such as a stove, minibar, kettle, and air conditioning. The location is also great and convenient for exploring the area.

We were very surprised and disappointed to learn that the property only accepts cash payments — especially because this information was not mentioned anywhere in the policies listed on Booking.com. The reservation was made using a credit card, so we reasonably expected to be able to pay with it. Being asked to pay in cash caught us completely off guard and created an uncomfortable situation. We had to find an ATM, withdraw a large amount of cash, and pay high conversion and withdrawal fees due to the unexpected cash-only requirement. This lack of transparency should be corrected, as it negatively impacted our stay.

The owner was really friendly, communicated well and overall the appartment was in really good shape, clean and we had a pleasant stay. The appartments location is optimal cca 10 min walk (less) to old center and near the beach, bakery and foodshop.

Simply AMAZING!!!! We had such a wonderful time here. The apartment looked even better than the photos and was so spacious! Our hosts gave us a lot of great recommendations of what to do and really helped us out with anything that we needed throughout our stay. To our surprise the fridge came stocked with little snacks and beverages too! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the right utensils , and we had so many great meals on the balcony with that beautiful view! The location is by far the best because you are so close to several different grocery stores, restaurants, boat rentals and a quick walk to the old town all while being in a quiet and peaceful area. We were really amazed with everything, and will definitely be coming back again!!

What I saw on Booking.com and what I had experiences while I was staying are 100 out of 10. More than we could describe. If I had a chance to come back Kotor, this is my first and forever place to stay. The location is on point, the host took care of us as family and friends. We were glad to be treat and had the beautiful place for us to stay on our holiday.

This place is fabulous ! We were greeted by the owner who was very helpful and friendly and showed us everything. The apartment was immaculate and very clean. The location is great - literally walk out on your on the water with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and only a 5 min walk into Kotor old town.

Location, terrace, a lot of space and style

The host was so kind and friendly. We fell in love with kotor the minute we stepped foot into the property. Location was unbeatable. Short stroll to the old town and fabulous beach and restaurants on your door step. Clean room and comfy bed.
