Good location, and clean accommodation.

I felt the accommodation was misrepresented on booking.com. Firstly, I was asked to pay more than the price I reserved the property for on booking.com. It was not a lot and I don't want grief on holidays so I just paid. Cash on arrival is always a warning sign. Also on booking.com photos of a balcony or outdoor area are shown, but in reality we had no outdoor area and in fact it's a below ground studio.

The location of the villa is very good. 7-8 minutes walking to Oldtown, also there is a cafe in the street. The room was very clean i really liked this. There was cold water and they left nescafe in kitchen for us. You can cook in this kitchen, its quite enough to cook. In the villa you can find everything you need. The owner was very nice. He let us to check in early and he answered every question i asked. He was very helpfull. There was Air Conditon in the room. The room was the same in the photos. Good design and very usefull. Consedering the price, villa was great.

There is not any window in the room. Sometimes we can need a fresh air. When you open the door for air, there was not fly screen on the door. So flys could enter, and the people can see you from outside. I think there sould be at least one window.

Loved the location of the property. It was around the corner from lots of cafés and places to eat! The staff were so lovely and the place had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice Modern home a few steps from the bay. Plenty of restaurants around and a short walk (10 mins approx) to Old town Kotor. The host was brilliant and so easy to deal with. Some nice free treats in the fridge also.

We had no complaints.

Host is very helpful and ensure we have a good stay in Kotor. They provide pickup and drop as well so that's a good thing.

I have truly enjoyed my stay. House is absolutely beautiful with a great location. The apartment was sparkling clean and neat. I had a smaller issue with my car, and the host helped me solve the problem. Thank you Mirko on assistance.

Location was great! Short walk to explore the old town, or the beach. Everything you need is just a walking distance away. Host couple were very welkomming and kind. We had fresh water in the fridge and coffee, (bonus points on this). They were allso quick to answer in the booking app to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and will definetly book this location again next time when visiting Kotor! 😊

A wide and comfortable house. With lots of amenities and a great terrace.

Not critical, but the shower leaked some water during the baths.
