Villa Mia Casa

Great location just above the beach and cafes/restaurants, and only 10 mins walk or so into Kotor old town. Modern and spacious living accommodation, and a large balcony with a partial sea view. The host was really helpful and friendly. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of a/c throughout. Showers really strong.

Nothing really. The bedrooms weren’t huge but you only need to sleep in there!

Small outdoor area

The location is ideal. It’s close to shops, great food, and the beach. The host was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Anything you need, he can sort it out. The terrace was wonderful and when you got too hot the AC worked fantastic.

The location was fantastic, very close to lots of restaurants and swimming spots. In the apartment there was lots of cooking utensils, a spacious bathroom and a good kitchen for a quick stay. The air conditioning was great in summer plus we loved having a TV to watch the Olympics. The host was lovely and she gave us lots of great suggestions and was very accomodating.

It was partially advertised as having access to the terrace but it turned out that was only for the deluxe apartment. The little outdoor/courtyard area for the downstairs apartments was nice but very very hot due to the air conditioning unit being right there - but that was great to dry our washing!

Exactly as photos show, beds comfortable. Mirko was quick to respond and met us at the property to let us in. He had a few treats/drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice surprise! The place is steps from the beach, and restaurants. Took us about 10 minutes to walk to Old Town Kotor. Our family of five enjoyed our stay here very much!

We just had the best stay! To start with, Jasmina & Mirko were so welcoming, calming and reassuring. When we arrived, they have given us tips and advices as to what to do best in order for us to enjoy the trip. Their place is a 10/10!!! Everything you need is there plus they have really good air conditioning. It is literally walking distance to the centre, so convenient! They also have a smart TV which is one of our fave! They were literally 24/7 available every time we need help or need advice. Couldn’t thank them enough for letting us stay in their place! :) Very kind people!

Great location, such a pretty view when you step out the door, short stroll to the old town and so close to loads of restaurants. loads of things to do in the area- we did the boat trip and the cable car. Host was very kind and helpful and picked us up from the bus station on arrival

The location of the property is perfect, close to the swimming area, restaurants and old town. Mirko is sooo warm and nice to us. He is very responsive and accommodating! To all my Filipino kabayans this property is highly recommended!
