Location perfect for our requirements. TV was not working, wire was lying open. Wifi not stable, but we understand that it is not under control of owner. Curtains, coach material, duvet covers not clean. Dust under furniture and in corners. Hem of curtain hanging out since last year. Will be great once this place gets a proper clean and few touch ups. At night the outside is well lit and security is 24 hours at gate. Peacefull environment and beautiful views. Beautiful grounds to walk around and grass in front of house. Restaurant very close to house with play area.

The whole house needs a proper clean and few touch ups. Covered furniture, duvet covers dirty. Dust collected under furniture and in corners.

The location is excellent and the environment is beautiful and relaxing.

I think a lot of the broken or tired items are probably due to the pressures of the season and high turnover, so I’m hesitant to complain as I’m sure when things calm down it will be sorted. (Broken lamps/fans,etc) All in all, for the price it was excellent value for money!
