Etihad Stadium & Coop Live Arena Manchester

As close to Co-op Live as it gets, it's a 5 minute walk! Relative price for the night was good and the room cosy and pretty modern, loved it. Fridge in the kitchen very convenient. Had so much fun seeing Tyler, the Creator!

Location somewhat Manchester-y, not the comfiest shower Accidentally broke the key unlocking the front door, but this didn't affect our stay as the host was around and let us in. They were super nice!

I felt very comfortable with the landlady. Extremely helpful. Even shared her dinner with me, which was very nice. Gave me directions to the destinations I need to go. If there is another show at the Coop arena l would definitely stay there again.

While taking a shower, I noticed two slugs.

Well located for COOP live arena and Etihad stadium (10 minute walk). Nice and quiet overnight. Clean and comfortable. Friendly hosts.

These are observations not criticisms as this is clearly a conveniently placed home with a short term room let and not a hotel. No tea making facility in room, needed to use owners kitchen. Sharing the toilet and bathroom. There is no TV, fan or iron in the room. The taxi dropped off and collected from the rear of the property but the access to the room is round the front of the block. Still had a pleasant and comfortable brief stay.

Very quiet area, big and clean room

Brilliant location for anyone visiting the Etihad Stadium or the Co-Op Arena. (I was visiting the Etihad for a work/industry event.) Short walk from the Metrolink tram stop, so easy to get to from Manchester Piccadilly.

Room was nice and clean, felt very cosy. Perfect for a quick stay when visiting the co-op arena as it's so close to it, for a gig so you don't have to worry about getting back home. Nice amount of tea and coffee was available too. Would recommend to anyone needing a short stay. Owner was very well communicated through the messages and I'm sure would have been very pleasant had I seen in person.

I did feel awkward at first staying in someone's home but managed to relax pretty well in the end. I slept alright although the bed was a bit firm for my personal liking.
