Good location for coop live and etihad arena, easy self check in and out. Clean room, comfortable beds.

Wasn't totally clear that bathroom and kitchen were shared with owners, but room locks at both ends for privacy at least.

Location was ideal for the Coop live and on a good line into Manchester town if you wanted to go in.

Location for our trip. Place to park our car. Beds were comfortable

Bathroom, although clean was in need of updating. Lack of curtains meant the room was too light. The room would benefit from things for tea/coffee making.

"Perfect for a weekend and easy transport links and close to the etihad stadium, supermarket, mcd's"

The lady was absolutely lovely, really welcoming and friendly. The service was amazing, the bed was comfortable. Easy check in and out too.
