Very close to the co op live arena

I don’t think it was clear to us that we would in fact be sharing the property and that the only private part was the front room. We only realised when we arrived. Upon rereading it did say the bathroom would be shared but we assumed that meant it would be shared between the two of us.

The bedroom was fine. Good beds and clean.

We had not been informed that other people would be present. I found out in the middle of the night. When going to the bathroom I was startled by someone yelling at me from the kitchen. He presented himself as the owner and complained that we had opened a window. We had done so because the place smelled of mold. In short: Nice clean bedroom with comfy beds, moldy smell and strangers yelling at you in the middle of the night.

The hosts were so down to earth and easy to chat to. Nothing was too much trouble

I didn’t like the fact the host was there too. It’s just a room in her flat

Host was very friendly

Room wasn’t ready at 4pm as advertised but they did inform me the day before that the room would only be ready at 5pm. Room was not like the pictures and was advertised as the coop live arena but was in a council estate with nothing around. I nearly got robbed outside by group of junky’s and teenage thugs. Bathroom was not clean and room had a bed sheet over the office chair. I left in the afternoon to another hotel as I didn’t feel safe. For £75 it was not worth the money as I paid a few pounds more for the holiday inn express and got breakfast included. I knocked on the hosts door to say that I was leaving but no one answered. I called an Uber to take me to the holiday express. I messaged the host to ask for a refund but she said they thought I stayed there and could not refund me. I am very disappointed and would not recommend the room to anyone.

Cleanliness, floors were squeaky clean, beds were made neatly, well-designed and inspirational storage space, friendly host, ease of self checking in and out.
