Great little place, pleasant host. Would recommend and definitely visit again

A nice quiet location about 7 miles south of Skegness, so you do need transport. The room was a reasonable size & fairly well-equipped. The bathroom was a good size and nicely laid out complete with heated towel rail. There is free parking on-site. The host was very welcoming and approachable. There is a pub/restaurant a few hundred yards away & Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is 10 minutes away.

Overall any negatives would be nit-picking & down to personal preference rather than a real issue.

Absolutely beautiful bungalow very clean and the beds are so comfortable, lovely and polite owner, a pub at the top of the road, and only about 15 mins away from skeg beach.will definitely be back

The welcome from Joanne was great, she's a lovely person. The place was so clean and fresh, amazing powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable. Decent size fridge in the room, milk and tea/coffee provided. Very peaceful environment and great garden for our dog. Pub at the end of the road, takeaways in Wainfleet 15 minute drive. We visited Gibraltar Point, fabulous deserted dog friendly beach. We will be back! Thankyou Joanne x
