Lovely and clean accommodation, everything you need for a great stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area. Host was great

The room was really clean and fresh, bathroom was very nice , lovely shower. A room really well done .

Mattress on bed wasn’t the best for us but we still slept. It is a lovely room

Breakfast wasnt included but there was a fridge and portable stove available to store and make your own. You would require a car to get around as its a few miles from the main attractions of Skegness .

The property and host were great. The only thing i would suggest is to have a mirror fitted near a plug socket so you could see to dry your hair.

Quite and peaceful, great shower, host was friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly as described. We will return thank you Joanne 😊

No real chance of cooking in room due to odours and not the room to do either. No tea towel as we wanted to wash dishes before we left. Maybe a microwave? Bigger tv. Pub is expensive for food it is nice but expensive. No takeaway will deliver which is a bit of a disappointment but not hosts problem. A sharp knife wouldn't go a miss to as we had local haslet and couldn't slice for sandwiches. Otherwise lovely

The extractor fan in the bathroom stayed on for a very long time and the fridge made lots of noises through the night so sleep was quite disturbed. I spoke with Joanne and she may put a little sign in to say how to turn these off if they are too loud, but this was the only thing :)

Catered for us last minute with our dog Wich was free excellent service quick communication everything we needed room every clean and cosy would highly recommend and will be back in the near future 😃

Great Little place, very clean, tidy and confortable, Joanne was a very attentive and considerate host we went during a particularly cold snap and Joanne was proactive and made sure we had extra heating. Shower was nice possibly the 2nd best we have in staying your area, Boston/Skegness always seems to have bad water pressure so it was nice to stay somewhere that had a nice shower. This place is definitely top of where we will consider next time we are staying in the area.

Nothing big and nothing that would change us staying but when you need to get a new TV consider buying a slightly larger one :-). Also you have some great bedside lights that have usb charger sockets. That is a fantastic little touch that you have done which would be appreciated by most guest. I would suggest adding that to the information sheet you have in room as we did not notice this until our last night hence suggesting this so other people see the effort you have put into this room.
