Lovely host and very friendly dogs on site. Tea, coffee and milk provided. A good base for exploring the attractions in the area such as Lincolnshire wildlife park, Gibraltar point, skegness pleasure beach. Double room with en-suite. 2 ring electric hob, toaster, kettle and small fridge. Cutlery, cooking pans provided which was enough to make simple meals. There is also BBQ outside that you can either use charcoal or buy a disposable and place that on top. Bed was comfortable.

The noise from traffic , heavy lorries, tractors and speeding cars on sea lane was unexpected. Luckily I had packed ear plugs definitely needed them. The blinds in the room are not " black out" and there are no curtains. Could do with improvement for guest comfort and better sleep. The room was very hot although in fairness it was unusually hot temperatures outside at 32 degrees. A fan or Aircon unit would be a great asset.
