Joanne couldn't help you enough, was very friendly and lovely dogs as well, felt homely

It was surprising more like a bed sit than a room , every appliance you could need to be self sufficient

This was a long-term stay for myself and my spouse, and we can not recommend Joanne's place enough! She was incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to help us feel at home (in fact, we chose to extend our stay). We also had friends stay in her other room, and they were incredibly pleased as well. We had everything we needed, and the room was neat, tidy and cute. Its a lovely little place in the countryside, but also not far from the seaside, the Lincolnshire wildlife park, Skegness and the Wainfleet train station. Plus, just a few minutes walk from the stop for the bus between Skegness and Boston, which is beside a delicious restaurant. Her garden was very sweet and we fell in love with her little dogs. Couldn't recommend this stay enough!

If you want a very quiet, relaxing getaway, The Bungalow is the place. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic value for money, the bathroom was on par to a hotel.

The accommodation was lovely, very cosey and had everything you needed. The bed was so comfortable and there was an extra large shower with a choice of two different shower heads you could use. Towels were also provided. We didn't use the stove as we mainly ate out but we did use the mini fridge to keep our drinks cold and for a lovely ploughmans one evening. Joanne and her two little dogs were lovely and our little Frenchie loved playing with them. There was a bbq outside with table and chairs and two sun loungers you could use. We had a lovely stay and highly recommended this hidden gem of you wanted a quiet place to stay only a short drive from Skegness and the surrounding ares.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect, couldn't fault the place and hope to stay here again.

The host was lovely. She couldn’t do enough for us. Very friendly. Would defo recommend. Just left us too it but was there when needed. Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. Dogs loved having run of the big garden
