Very disappointing. I booked a two bedroom unit as advertised but was given a separate 1 bedroom unit. The properties provided to us looked tired and dusty. It is obvious that the owners/property managers have not put the effort in to make it ready for our stay. The “agents” asked for deposit which was not part of any agreement. We asked to check out before 9am and told them to be in the unit to assist us in our check out process and to retrieve our deposit. They were late, which equivocally meant we were also late in our appointment. Very disappointing and we don’t recommend that you engage with this property!!!

The worst accommodation i had in my entire life! The room and the hallway smells like someone is smoking cigarette the entire floor. The kitchen is filthy. The beddings and sala sets have stain and bad odor. Its the most disgusting and frustrating. Worst, i was asking for a reimbursement and until now i got no reply. Despite fully paid 2 nights accommodation at shore. We opted staying to a nearby hotel because the room is really disgusting. The only consolation you have is their lobby but the rest is very frustrating. I will never recommend to my friends to stay Shore. Never!

dirty room, clogged kitchen sink, cockroaches flying all over the floor, cupboard, laundry room, all 4 corners of room. no towels, no rugs, sala rug was too dirty. shower curtain is too short that water splash, other BR is clogged. overall- very dissatisfied.

to much cockroach & the bed sheet is not new. i think it was used already by others .
