"Very comfortable and nice location; great value."

Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms and beds. We were ungraded from a twin room to two double rooms at no extra charge.

The only slight disappointment was that the pub was not open, although the staff did helpfully sell us some pints of draft beer to drink in our rooms.

"Convenient location but lacks service"

Location was in good proximity to Carlisle

No instructions or welcome pack in room. No wifi details in room. No information on meal times in room etc. Service at dinner was very poor and no mention at booking of how late breakfast started.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The Inn and restaurant were very cosy. Super dog friendly and the food was excellent
