The George Inn

The George fulfilled all expectations, it was in an ideal location for us plenty of open space to take the dog for nice walks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the George for our evening meal and I can honestly say it was very good. We would stay again if we were travelling in the area. Recommend

There was nothing that we did not like

Very old worldly

No food on Sunday and had to go out. I did not see this when booking

Best roast dinner out we've ever had and exceptional breakfast, room was lovely, nice having the little patio table just outside the door in the warm weather.

Room was very warm, but appreciated the fan being left in the room, that helped a bit.

Lovely clean room. Great breakfast and a good pub to have your dinner as well. Staff friendly and helpful.

A lovely quaint pub in a beautiful village, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and lovely food.

Whole staff are a credit to the owners, very well run and whatever the question they were very helpful. Foods excellent and a bonus gluten free was looked after for our daughters preferences.
