The location was perfect, the staff were lovely and helpful.

I neglected to mention my mobility problems so I did not like the stairs.

Well situated

Our room. If booking.com had explained the room was 7ft wide all windows had frosted glass and difficult to open then I realised why. Then early in the morning you hear the pub bins being emptied of empty bottles. And beer barrels also being moved around. We sat out in reception area as it was to claustrophobic in the room. And we had no view just a wall I don’t blame Hotel de Paris I blame booking.com for putting us in this room that looks into their “ loading bay “

What a fabulous little traditional hotel, spotlessly clean, large rooms with amazing pier views! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room request allocated with very large room overlooking the pier with the seating area to watch the sunset and sunrise. Bathroom exceptionally clean and beds extremely comfy. Breakfast options great, as plenty of options even as a vegan which is so rare. Waiter could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Arrived early to secure parking in-front of hotel. Tea and coffee available in room with kettle and shower was super hot with complimentary toiletries. Honestly can not fault anything for the price and central location. Lift to all floors also .Thank you!

Bathroom tired, needs updating. Room could also do with an update and balcony needs urgent cleansing of pigeon droppings!

Room was above a noisy service area.
