I liked my experience and my room. The staff is always friendly. Parking is not a problem..

Quiet, relaxing and very comfortable

Very beautifully decorated. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

It's misrepresented by Booking.com. It stated that there's a microwave/utensils/dishes in the room. In fact, there was none of the above. We were allowed to use a microwave in the breakfast room. They brought us some disposable dishes and utensils. Also, in the description of the hotel they stated that there is one drink per person per stay provided. We received...a bottle of water. All of this felt like they were taking advantage of the costumers...

This hotel had some nice touches and a nespresso machine in the room.

It would be helpful to know the pet fee up front.

Quiet relaxing

Quiet, easy location, spacious rooms.

location is perfect for us. Staff is polite and helpful, very good coffee, OK breakfast

We asked for a room on the quiet side of the building, which they could not offer our first night, but promised for the 2nd-5th nights. When we returned quite late on day 2, they said there had been a mix up and our promised room wasn't available. We asked for it again the 3rd night, but in the end decided to stay where we were. Also, the entry door from the hallway did not self close, as required by fire regulations. When we returned to the room on day 5, the door was ajar. We know this was from the cleaning staff. Nothing was amiss in our belongings, and the desk staff promised to talk to housekeeping, the manager about fixing the door, and the CC TV to confirm no one else had entered our room.
