The Bristol Hotel Campbell San Jose

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. All staff we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was so very beautiful and large. Given that it had a historic look I expected it to be a bit rough around the edges, but that was not the case. Everything looked and felt just absolutely perfect. The coffee in the room was delicious and the breakfast in the morning had healthy choices, which we really appreciated (fresh fruit and yogurt, oatmeal, ...). I loved the decor and all the statues ... we even had one in the room. The hotel is fairly close to the Los Gatos Creek Trail and we enjoyed a long walk on the trail.

Such a great property very nice decor. Rooms are large and beds are excellent solid breakfast. Free parking..Love this hotel.

The lighting in the bathrooms is too bright. They need to put in an option for dimmer lights.

Hair dryer didn’t work, no way to get hot water for tea without going to the front desk

Bed was firm but comfortable. Room was large. Breakfast had a great variety. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There was a piece of gauze on the bathroom countertop & dust in the corners.

Beautiful, comfortable, and very cozy!!We stay here several times a year and enjoy every minuet we are here..

Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are very clean and it's in a prime spot between Los Gatos and San Jose. I will stay there again.

I had breakfast included which is great!! One thing that would make this hotel better is if they upgraded their breakfast with more choices for food.
