Big rooms, good aircons, pretty comfortable beds. Bottled water and a simple breakfast are complimentary. Bathrooms are big, toothbrushes and toiletries are available. As with all accomodations in Vietnam, everything looks much nicer on the photo`s. I chose this homestay because of the pictures of the garden, but I have to say I was a little disappointed (less greenery and flowers than on the photo`s). The extremely strong mold smell in the room (not the bathroom) made our one week stay there unpleasant. Our children`s room didn`t have this smell, only ours. We had to use 1 towel per person for the entire week. Our children`s bathroom flooded the room because of the clogged shower drain. They had to use our own towels to stop the water stream from reaching the bed. A lot of time went into trying to communicate with the only English speaking person. We experienced too many miscommunication problems, we would not stay there again.

Such a close walk to the centre. Staff helped us organise multiple taxis, collecting us and dropping us to the airport. Very spacious room.

A lot of ants in the room and no fan in the bathroom so we had to keep the door constantly closed to avoid extra humidity. The beds were very hard. The ac was not strong even with an extra fan in the room. A child got sick in the pool, we were not informed of this and I did not witness them cleaning the pool after the internet

Personnel accueillant, disponible, à l'écoute et sympa. Bon emplacement, au calme, à 13 mns à pied du vieux quartier.

Location close enough to most attractions, though still in a relaxed neighbourhood.

Rooms are and smell moldy, bathroom is non ventilated so it has a strong unpleasant smell. Owners are friendly but also a bit lame, unfortunately. They prefer playing games on their telephone instead of acting immediately. There is a bar with al very limited number of drinks, and in the evening you are not really expected to sit there. Breakfast limited and 50% of the menu is not available all the time, unfortunately it’s tasteless also. This place has so many potential but there’s a huge lack of effort to make it a pleasant place.

The owners are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very tasty.

Great location, central but not in the middle of the chaos!
