We loved the view. The restaurant and lounge space was very nice as you can’t go eat anywhere else really. The breakfast was good. Service was excellent.

It’s so humid in mountain, especially in a tent with no A/C. For that price, they should invest in a dehumidifier or something. The mosquito net is too small for the bed and you can only exit from the feet side where the chairs are located so it’s just super inconvenient. The bed is also quite small. The bedroom gets cramped up quickly. Because it’s a tent, you can hear the neighbouring tents quite a bit. We did the Knuckles hike and it’s just very expensive for what it was. I wouldn’t recommend.

The location is very remote and not easily accessible. The journey was stressful with very narrow roads.The staff at check in were very laid back and we were tired they took long to do the process. The location is nice and the main reception area as well as pool area is very nice with good food at the restaurant.

There was no wifi in the tents and also there was no way to communicate with reception from the tents. It felt very unsettling that there was no communication with the staff and anyone from the facilities. The alley lights were also not all working and that felt aslo dark at night when walking back to the tents.

Amazing views. Birdwatching trip was exceptional - we had a great time.

Facilities/room were a little tired (eg broken sun lounger in our room, hot water not working properly, gym felt forgotten with equipment dirty and no towels and water). Food was ok but not great.

The location was amazing and although it takes a little time to get there it’s worth it. To be in the hills of the tea plantations and wake up to a sunrise and beautiful bird calls was exceptional. an unforgettable experience

This is my 2nd visit here, we booked the superior suite to make it more special but I actually preferred the smaller tents with the balcony. Our suite didn’t feel very private as it was on the footpath. The electric kept going off too. Other than this I wouldn’t let it put you off booking here. The place is truly magical. Great service, good food and amazing views
