Cleanliness

Place is very reclusive, no lights in the night, very isolated and this should be called villa. Here it says resort however the stay was in the villa which is quite lonely and isolated and away from the regenta resort area. They only focus on the regenta resort and nearby space rest entire space within the property is boring, no staff, not maintained. Rooms are clean, but not worth the cost. We could have stayed in Aria or even the gateway Ambad with the same or little more cost. I wanted to stay in vineyard however it's scary during the night.

Facility, staff, Room Hygiene, location.

Insects, refrigerator not clean, dogs/cats interference wine not available in restaurants while ordering food disappointed alot.

Good view.
